Empower Her

The Empower Her football sessions are delivered in partnership with NHS Pennine Care foundation trust are aimed at girls aged 6-11 who are open to CAMHS. 

Sessions provide a positive space where the girls can feel comfortable, supported and part of a team! 

Empower her runs weekly from Milnrow Memorial Park across two age group sessions:

While football is at the heart of the programme, Empower Her is about much more than what happens on the pitch. The sessions provide a chance for girls to develop their confidence, try something new, make new friendships and enjoy being active in a welcoming environment.
