From Community Volunteer to Rochdale Hornets: A Success Story
26th October 2026
At Rochdale AFC Community Trust, seeing our participants grow, gain hands on experience, and take the next big step in their careers is what it’s all about. We are absolutely thrilled to share the fantastic news that one of our regular participants, Natasha Judge, has officially landed a role on the media photography team at Rochdale Hornets!
Natasha first came to us with a photography degree and a clear passion for her craft, but wanted to build up her practical experience and portfolio in a community setting. She threw herself straight into volunteering and supporting our various projects across the Trust.
Over recent months, Natasha has been a regular fixture behind the lens. She’s captured brilliant action shots along our route to the stadium initiative, joined us at our Changing Lives tournament days. creating a video on our Facebook page, and photographed our popular walking football sessions. Beyond photography, she even lent her creative skills to design certificates for our community soccer schools.
By combining her academic background with real world, hands-on experience across our programmes, Natasha built up a fantastic portfolio and boosted her industry readiness. All that hard work paid off this weekend when she secured her new photography role with the Hornets.
Everyone at Rochdale AFC Community Trust is immensely proud of Natasha, and we can’t wait to see her capturing all the action down at the Crown Oil Arena and beyond. Massive congratulations, Natasha!
